The Management’s Commitment

In 2008, ODICE celebrated its 25th anniversary. Since the creation of our company, we have never stopped putting the satisfaction of our customers at the heart of our daily concerns.

Regarding our customers, we promise to:

  • Analyse their needs
  • Propose appropriate technical solutions
  • Comply with the regulatory requirements
  • Guarantee products in conformity with the specifications
  • Produce while complying with the labour regulations and health and safety standards for our employees
  • Deliver within the contractual deadlines
  • Provide an irreproachable quality of service

Our objective is to earn the loyalty of our customers and make our suppliers reliable; this relationship, which we hope to make a lasting one, should lead to an active partnership and the search for the optimum economical solutions for each of our partners.

To conduct this partnership, we must:

  • Remain abreast of new proposals
  • Update our processes depending on our development
  • Optimise our procedures and our production tools
  • Work for the improvement of our productivity in order to maintain our competitive advantage
  • Foresee change and adapt our organisation

The Quality Management System established within ODICE is an essential guidance tool in our industrial strategy.

The success of our quality procedure results from:

  • Everyone’s understanding of our quality policy
  • Compliance and the search for improvements in our processes
  • The active participation of each employee, no matter what his or her job is
  • Training adapted to each person’s job and the improvement of their skills

To carry out our Company plan, we champion the following values:

  • Professionalism
  • Team work
  •  Performance
  • Everyone taking responsibility
  • Initiative
  • Mutual respect

In order to transmit our commitment and its implications to each employee, we have appointed a representative of the Management. He will report directly to the Management of the Quality System operation. His mission is:

  • To develop the Quality Management System
  • To see to compliance with the quality objectives defined at the beginning of the year
  • To prepare Management Reviews
  • But also and above all, to be the “Voice” of the Customer within ODICE

For our part, we undertake to make available the means and resources necessary to the correct functioning of the QMS.

It is by working Together that Customers, Suppliers and Employees will continue to develop us.
